358/2 Days Novel Illustrations

I bought my copy of the Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Short Story Vol.1 The 14th and have taken photos of the illustrations by Shiro Amano as well as the front and back covers. I am only 2 chapters into the novel so far and not much has been revealed, but reading things from other characters points of view is very interesting.

Gold_panner will be providing translations of the novel in a short period of time, so please be patient while she works on things and enjoy the pics until then.

So far here are the few highlights I can share. They don’t mean much regarding storyline, but its just for fun.

When Axel first sees Roxas, he assumes that he is at least 10 years younger than him.

Demyx is playing his sitar in the lobby and Larxene tells him to shut up, Luxord butts in and Larxene becomes disgruntled and leaves. Afterward Demyx says something like, “Woman are really hard to understand, huh Roxas?” Roxas doesn’t have an opinion since he never gave it much thought. Luxord strokes his beard and smiles at the two, responding “You will know in time.”
